Delivery Information
We will dispatch your order within fifteen (15) business days from process of your order. You will be notified by email when your order has been dispatched, and given any information you may need, including online tracking of your order. The Pussycat Pole is delivered directly to your door via a trusted courier service. Your signature will be required upon receipt of the product/s.
Delivery is $50 to all capital cities in Australia.
Delivery is $70 to Regional Areas in Australia.
Please Note:
Deliveries are made between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays. If you require your products/s to be delivered at a specific time and/or day, please notify us at time of ordering. Additional charges will be incurred for Priority or Time Specific deliveries.
The delivery prices quoted are for the delivery of one pole. Please contact us for an accurate quote on courier charges for more than one pole.
We endeavour to keep to our delivery terms listed here; however, we do give first priority to our commercial orders. You will, however, be notified if there is a delay in dispatch of your order.
