Delivery Information
Once
your order has been processed, The Pussycat Pole Pty Ltd will dispatch your pole within 10 business days. Vintage (brass) dance
poles, and dance poles with diameters other than the standard 50.8mm will be dispatched within 15 business days. (Please Note: We endeavour to keep to our delivery terms listed here. We do however, give first priority to our commercial orders).
When your pole is dispatched, you will be notified by email/phone, and given an ETA (expected time arrival). The Pussycat Pole is delivered directly to your door via a trusted courier service; your signature will be required upon receipt of the product/s.
Delivery is $35 to Brisbane and Gold Coast
Delivery is $50 to all other capital cities in Australia.
Delivery is $70 to Regional Areas in Australia.
These delivery costs are for a General Road Service, in which deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. If you require your product/s to be delivered at a specific time and/or day, please notify us at time of ordering. Additional charges will incur for Priority or Time Specific deliveries. (We do not offer pick-up service).
Please Note: The delivery prices quoted are for the delivery of one pole. Delivery for commercial / bulk orders will be quoted at time of ordering, as we attempt to get the best price on the day for you. Please contact us for an accurate quote on courier charges for more than one pole.
